Double Pumps 2 features attractive girls taking two inhales in a row on each drag, before exhaling, with front and back studio lighting. There are three duos (Michelle and Bethany, Nikki and Bethany, and Malissa and Bethany). Almost all the drags in every scene are double pumps; the exception is the Nikki-Bethany duo scene, where there are mouth-nose exhales and talking exhales instead. Bethany also does a mixture of double pumps and nose exhales in one of her solo scenes.
